type this link on your browser and you will be redirected to your account, it will ask you for your pin there.

make sure to change (your-username) into your real username that you chose when you created your account.

Why tho?

currently our sign in servers are down there is something wrong with the code that made it every time you signed in, in the normal way it gave you and error. The new sign in method is just temporary, we'll switch back to our normal one when we fix the servers and the code.
